10/27/2021 Saying Goodbye is Never Easy

On October 27th of 2021, we lost a GREAT man and one of the best human beings, friends, and consultants I've ever met or worked with. John Crnokrak was a great husband, father, and friend. In my 25 years of working with John, I never knew a more caring person. He was a great leader, mentor, and helped so many people be better employers, employees, and inspired their personal greatness. We will miss you dearly John. Thank you for introducing us to your wonderful family, your constant inspirational "Crnoisms", the quality of your consultations, and being one of the best human beings I'll ever know. John's teaching, inspiration, and of course his Crnoism's will live on through the books he authored, the people he mentored, and all those he inspired in so many different ways. Fire Water Ranch
In September of 2022, Castle Holdings LLC concluded the sale of the Fire Water Ranch. A true Sportsman's paradise, we hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we did in our 17 years of owning the Fire Water Ranch.

The Financial Services Industry lost one of their greatest Centers of Influence, Educator, and Public Speaker in June of 2024. Tom was a most inspiring speaker, industry expert, and amazing husband / father. Tom was a dear friend and mentor who co-authored a book many years ago with me, shared tears & beverages as well as many memories. The industry lost a great influencer, but the world lost a great human being.
